According to an announcement, Eastroc Beverage (Group) Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 605499) reported that as of June 30, 2026, the company had repurchased 7.1226 million of its A-shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange's centralized competitive bidding trading system.
The repurchased shares constitute approximately 0.9701% of the company's total share capital. The highest price paid per share was 154.90 yuan, and the lowest price was 134.20 yuan.
The total consideration for the buyback amounted to 1.039 billion yuan, excluding transaction fees.
