Wing Fung Group Asia Appoints Zhang Chan as Executive Director

It is announced that Wing Fung Group (ASX: 08526) has made changes to its board and key management positions, effective from June 19, 2026.

The changes include the resignation of Ms. Li Shufen from her roles as an Executive Director and a member of the Nomination Committee.

Concurrently, Ms. Zhang Chan has been appointed to fill the positions of Executive Director and member of the Nomination Committee.

Furthermore, Mr. Luo Boqian has stepped down from his duties as Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Financial Controller.

Mr. Lu Zhicheng has been appointed to succeed him, taking on the roles of Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Financial Controller.
