RONGZHONG FIN releases 2026 Annual Report and AGM circular covering director re-election, share mandates and auditor renewal

China Rongzhong Financial Holdings Company Limited (RONGZHONG FIN) announced on 24 July 2026 that its 2026 Annual Report and a related circular have been published on both the company website (www.chinarzfh.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The circular sets out four principal items for shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting: 1. Re-election of retiring directors. 2. Granting of general mandates to the board for share repurchases and new share issues. 3. Re-appointment of the current auditors. 4. Formal notice of the AGM.

Non-registered shareholders may either access the documents online or request free printed copies through the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests can be submitted by post using the prepaid mailing label provided or by email to is-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders who prefer to receive future corporate communications electronically should provide a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian or other intermediary. Until an email address is on record, notices of publication will be sent in printed form only.
