Foshan Haitian Flavouring and Food Company Ltd. (“Haitian Flavouring”) reported fresh share repurchases across both Shanghai and Hong Kong on 22 September 2026, trimming its outstanding share capital while lifting treasury share holdings.

H-share repurchase on 22 Sep • Venue: Hong Kong Stock Exchange • Volume: 0.60 million H-shares. • Price range: HKD 27.04–27.46 per share; volume-weighted average price: HKD 27.30. • Cash outlay: HKD 16.51 million. • Shares will be cancelled in accordance with the company’s mandate.

Cumulative H-share activity (1–22 Sep 2026) Including the latest purchase, Haitian Flavouring has repurchased 7.07 million H-shares for cancellation this month, equivalent to 2.43 % of the 291.22 million H-shares outstanding when the buyback mandate was approved on 14 July 2026. The company remains authorized to repurchase up to 29.12 million H-shares in total, with a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales until 22 October 2026.
