BRII-B publishes 2025 Annual Report, ESG Report and AGM documents online; shareholders offered flexible receipt options

On 24 April 2026, Brii Biosciences Limited (BRII-B) announced that its 2025 Annual Report, Circular, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form, together with the 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, have been uploaded to both the company’s website (http://www.briibio.com) and the HKEX news portal (http://www.hkexnews.hk).

Printed copies of the above corporate communications are being dispatched only to shareholders who have previously requested physical documentation.

Registered shareholders may switch at any time between electronic and printed versions by submitting a written or e-mail request to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar. The registrar’s address is 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong; the dedicated e-mail for such requests is briibio-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders choosing the electronic (“Website Version”) format will receive either an e-mail alert or a notification letter each time new corporate communications are posted online. If technical difficulties arise in accessing online documents, printed copies will be sent free of charge upon request.
