The company previously announced that its gallium nitride power chips have completed a critical design-in for Google's AI hardware platform and a compliant supply agreement has been signed. This move signifies INNOSCIENCE's official entry into the supply chain for Google's AI servers and data centers. Market analysis indicates that the company's deep integration at this stage aims to secure a strategic advantage in the future upgrade of high-voltage direct current power systems for data centers.

A recent research report highlighted that INNOSCIENCE's gallium nitride products precisely address core needs across various fields. In the AI and data center sectors, the 48V-12V application based on 100V GaN has entered mass production. The company has collaborated with several leading robotics firms, achieving the world's first mass production of robot joint motors and dexterous hand drive solutions equipped with GaN chips. In the new energy vehicle electronics sector, products for applications such as LiDAR and onboard chargers maintain rapid growth. The company continues to strengthen its position in consumer electronics while simultaneously expanding into markets like home appliances and residential energy storage, achieving application breakthroughs and scale expansion across multiple sectors.
