HENGDELI (03389) has released its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025. The group reported revenue of RMB 649 million, representing a decrease of 37.8% compared to the previous year. The loss attributable to shareholders was RMB 26.901 million, narrowing by 58.7% year-on-year. The basic loss per share was RMB 0.006.

The group recorded a loss of RMB 24.173 million for the year, compared to a loss of RMB 55.472 million in 2024, marking a reduction of 56.4%. The loss attributable to equity shareholders was RMB 26.901 million, down 58.7% from the loss of RMB 65.161 million in the prior year.

The annual loss was primarily attributed to several factors, including a decline in sales, a shift from profit to loss in the share of results of associates, a decrease in bank interest income, and provisions made for accounts receivable.
