On January 19, Tesla announced that its AI 4 hardware for intelligent driver-assistance systems can achieve a level of autonomous driving safety far exceeding human capabilities. The company also revealed plans to restart the development of its Dojo 3 chip, which is intended for artificial intelligence computing in space.
Simultaneously, the announcement included a "recruitment notice," inviting engineers interested in "developing the world's highest-yield chip" to join the team. Applicants are required to outline, in three key points, the critical technical challenges they have previously solved.
