Lakala Payment's First Half 2026 Revenue Surges 22.86%, Core Profit Climbs 50.28%, Operational Efficiency Improves

Lakala Payment Co.,Ltd. (300773.SZ) released its first-half 2026 performance report on the evening of August 7. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating revenue of 3.257 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 22.86%. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company reached 669 million yuan, surging 191.67% year-on-year. After deducting non-recurring gains and losses, net profit attributable to the parent company stood at 219 million yuan, up 50.28% from the previous year.

For the first half of 2026, Lakala Payment plans to continue distributing a cash dividend of 2 yuan per 10 shares, totaling 217 million yuan in cash dividends. After this interim dividend distribution, the company's cumulative dividend payout will exceed 3.1 billion yuan, consistently sharing operational results with investors.

Since the start of the year, policies to boost consumption have been steadily implemented, the payment market has maintained stable operations, demand for merchant digitalization has accelerated, and artificial intelligence is rapidly extending into industrial applications. These factors have created new development space for payment institutions to expand their digital services.

Based on its strategic positioning as a "merchant digital operation service provider," Lakala Payment is deeply implementing the "AI First" development concept. The company is comprehensively building an enterprise-level AI platform, accelerating the large-scale deployment of AI applications, and continuously enhancing its digital service capabilities across the entire merchant lifecycle. It has made positive progress in areas such as digital payments, technology services, and international business.

As the company's core business, the digital payment segment continued to maintain steady growth. According to the semi-annual report, Lakala Payment's digital payment business revenue for the first half of the year was 2.843 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 20.32%, primarily driven by growth in active merchants and higher payment transaction volumes. During the reporting period, the company's total domestic acquiring transaction value reached 2.25 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.99%. Of this, bank card transaction value was 1.40 trillion yuan, up 7.73% year-on-year, achieving positive growth for two consecutive quarters. QR code transaction value reached 0.85 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 29.38%, maintaining a rapid growth trend and further solidifying the company's competitive advantage in digital payment services.

In the first half of the year, Lakala Payment accelerated the development of its global payment capabilities. Cross-border payment and foreign card transaction values maintained high growth, increasing by 46.38% and 81.57% year-on-year, respectively. Simultaneously, the company's technology services business maintained rapid growth. In the first half, technology service revenue reached 213 million yuan, up 51.32% year-on-year.

The semi-annual report shows that the positive cycle of mutual promotion between the company's payment and SaaS businesses has further smoothed. Channel sharing and cross-selling have begun to yield results, with active users of SaaS products more than doubling, driving growth in more high-quality payment customers.

In addition to sustained business scale growth, Lakala Payment is accelerating the deep integration of AI with its operations and management. During the reporting period, the company used AI to restructure its R&D paradigm, achieving an AI coding adoption rate of 70%. AI agents were embedded into the customer service workstation, raising the first-call resolution rate for customer inquiries to 84.7%. The customer acquisition platform introduced AI review and localized OCR capabilities, shortening the merchant onboarding review time by approximately 75%.

Furthermore, the company is driving AI to be internalized as core productive force. It has implemented 71 AI agents, with a daily average consumption of 4 billion+ Tokens, continuously improving operational quality and efficiency through the large-scale application of AI.

As competition in the payment industry gradually shifts from single payment capabilities to comprehensive digital service capabilities, the synergistic advantages of Lakala Payment's digital payments, international business, technology services, and AI capabilities will become more apparent. A Lakala Payment representative stated that the company is continuously strengthening its foundational digital payment capabilities while relying on technology services and AI applications to explore new growth spaces, injecting sustained momentum into the company's high-quality development.
