AOM INT'L (HKEX: 00381) has announced the fulfillment of all conditions precedent under its subscription agreement, with completion taking effect as of July 20, 2026.
Following this, 147.3 million subscription shares have been allotted and issued to the subscriber at a subscription price of HK$0.270 per share, in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
Subsequent to the completion, the company has fully settled the relevant debt amount.
