HIPINE (02583) has announced that Ms. Shi Xueling has resigned from her positions as joint company secretary, the company's authorized representative for legal document service, and agent for receiving legal documents in Hong Kong under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and the Listing Rules, effective March 17, 2026, due to personal career development reasons. Ms. Mak Po Man has been appointed as joint company secretary, legal document agent, and authorized representative, also effective March 17, 2026. Mr. Li Yangjin will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary.
