Revenue edged up to RMB 2.43 billion in 2025, generating gross profit of RMB 1.09 billion and net profit of RMB 0.24 billion; total assets closed the year at RMB 18.69 billion.
Kangda International operated 106 service-concession projects across 16 provinces, including 100 wastewater plants, delivering 4.04 million tonnes/day of treatment capacity and processing 1.25 billion tonnes of water during the year.
Environmental indicators improved:
• Wastewater discharge volume fell 11.1% year-on-year while the effluent compliance rate remained at 100%. • 268,000 tonnes of COD were removed; two reclaimed-water plants produced 4.5 million tonnes of reused water. • Comprehensive energy use totalled 56,904 tce, or 0.05 tce per 1,000 m³ of water treated; total greenhouse-gas emissions stood at 242,484 tCO₂e, equal to 0.23 tCO₂e per 1,000 m³. • ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certifications were maintained; sludge-disposal capacity reached 550 tonnes/day.
Social metrics were stable:
• Zero major safety incidents and no work-related fatalities; lost-time injuries were limited to five cases (1,260 hours). • 17,856 attendances logged 36,814 training hours, averaging 16.83 hours per employee. • Intellectual-property portfolio expanded to 41 patents and trademarks.
Governance highlights:
• The board (eight members, 37.5% independent) oversaw ESG strategy; the Audit Committee met twice on ESG matters. • Eleven compliance rectification audits, five operating-cost audits and ten engineering-cost audits were completed, with no corruption cases reported. • All equipment suppliers were ISO 9001-certified and 88.5% held ISO 14001 certification.
Climate-risk management was aligned with TCFD guidance; scenario analysis identified extreme weather and carbon-pricing exposure as key risks. Mitigation measures include facility hardening, distributed water-source layouts and an energy-saving roadmap focused on high-efficiency blowers, bottom aerators and natural-gas substitution.
Community engagement remained active, with RMB 0.48 million allocated to rural-revitalisation programmes, environmental-education open days and student-tuition assistance.
Looking ahead, Kangda International targets ongoing reductions in energy intensity, greenhouse-gas emissions and solid-waste generation while sustaining 100% compliance of treated effluent across its nationwide portfolio.
