Hong Kong stock exchange disclosures reveal that on August 24, JPMorgan Chase & Co. increased its holding in CHIFENG GOLD (06693) by 1,455,446 shares, with each share priced at HK$44.903, bringing the total transaction value to approximately HK$65.35 million.
Following this acquisition, JPMorgan's latest share count in the company stands at around 22.05 million shares, representing a 9.32% ownership stake in the gold mining firm.
