ServiceNow soared over 13% in morning trading after its Q4 results edged higher.

It reported fourth-quarter earnings of $26 million, or 13 cents a share, on revenue of $1.61 billion, up from $1.25 billion a year ago. After adjusting for stock-based compensation and other effects, the company reported earnings of $1.46 a share, up from $1.17 a share a year ago. Analysts surveyed by FactSet had expected earnings of $1.43 a share on revenue of $1.6 billion on average.
