5月1日消息，国内最大的独立保险科技平台水滴公司将在美国纽交所挂牌上市，发行价格区间为10—12美元，投资方包括腾讯、美团、瑞士再保险集团、IDG、高榕资本等。
水滴公司更新招股书还披露了部分投资人和投资金额，包括：美团创始人王慧文的家族信托基金Kevin Sunny投资3000万美金、厚朴资本投资8000万美金、博裕资本投资1亿美金。
