CITIC (00267) announced that Citic Press Corporation (referred to as "the Company") held an employee representative meeting on December 1, 2025, in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange ChiNext Listing Rules, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies No. 2—Standard Operation of ChiNext Listed Companies, and other relevant laws, regulations, and the Company's Articles of Association.

Following the election by all attending representatives, Mr. Hong Yonggang was elected as an employee director of the Company's sixth board of directors. He will serve alongside non-employee directors elected by the shareholders' meeting until the end of the sixth board's term.
