The wind farm's operations are governed by a management agreement. The transaction aligns with the strategic focus of Xinyi Glass Group (primarily engaged in glass production and sales) and Xinyi Power Group (specializing in automotive glass repair, energy storage products, and solar EPC services). By divesting this non-core asset, both groups aim to streamline operations and reduce costs.
