China Galaxy Securities (06881) announced the completion of the public issuance of 2026 corporate bonds (second tranche) to professional investors on 6 February 2026, with a total issuance size of RMB6 billion. The bonds were issued at RMB100 per unit, split into 25-month and 37-month maturities. The 25-month portion totaled RMB4.3 billion at a coupon rate of 1.80%, while the 37-month portion reached RMB1.7 billion at a coupon rate of 1.85%. Proceeds will be used to supplement working capital.
The Board previously obtained shareholder authorization to issue debt financing instruments up to 350% of the latest audited net assets. Following regulatory approvals, underwriters and related parties subscribed to the offering. China Asset Management Co. subscribed to RMB20 million of the 25-month bonds, China CITIC Bank subscribed to RMB100 million of the 25-month bonds, and China Southern Asset Management Co. subscribed to RMB20 million of the 25-month bonds and RMB220 million of the 37-month bonds. Directors, senior management, shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares, and other related parties did not participate in this subscription.
