A recent filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on April 29, a shareholder of GAODI HOLDINGS (01676) transferred shares from Futu Securities International (Hong Kong) to Yuexiu Securities. The value of the transferred shares was HK$4.9655 million, representing 9.3% of the holding. Separately, on March 27, 2026, pursuant to a placing agreement dated December 9, 2025, the company allotted and issued 4.6654 million new shares under a general mandate.
