Tansun Technology Inks 303 Million Yuan Cloud Computing Service Deal

Stock News06-18

Tansun Technology Co.,Ltd. (ASX: 300872) has announced the signing of a significant cloud computing services contract. The company entered into a Cloud Computing Service Agreement with Yunli Zhihui Technology Co., Ltd. on June 16, 2026.

The total value of the agreement, inclusive of tax, amounts to 303 million yuan. This contract represents a key operational order for the company's computing power business, following its earlier strategic moves into the sector.

Securing this service agreement with Yunli Zhihui is a major implementation project for the company as it continues to increase its focus on the computing power leasing field and deepens its involvement in digital infrastructure operations. This initiative aligns with the company's long-term development strategy of actively expanding its computing power leasing business to establish a second growth curve.

The project also corresponds with national policy directions supporting computing power infrastructure and the growth of the digital economy. Should the contract proceed as stipulated, it is anticipated to generate a relatively stable and ongoing revenue stream for the company. However, this income is not expected to have a material impact on its annual profit levels or overall profitability.
