SF Intra-City Spends HK$5.63 Million to Repurchase 646,600 H Shares, Boosting Treasury Stock to 5.26 Million Shares

Hangzhou SF Intra-City Industrial Co., Ltd. (SF Intra-City) reported to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it bought back 646,600 H shares on-market on 08 September 2026.

The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HK$8.63 to HK$8.80, with a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HK$8.71 per share. Aggregate consideration for the transaction reached HK$5.63 million. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury shares.

Following the buyback, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.07% from 740.99 million to 740.35 million. Treasury shares increased from 4.62 million to 5.26 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 745.61 million.

The purchase was executed under a shareholder mandate approved on 08 June 2026, which permits the repurchase of up to 74.25 million shares. To date, SF Intra-City has repurchased 2.14 million shares under this authority, equivalent to 0.23% of the issued share capital on the mandate date.

Complying with Hong Kong listing rules, the company faces a 30-day moratorium—until 08 October 2026—on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares following this repurchase.
