YUNJI (02670) announced on December 11, 2025, that it has signed a joint venture agreement with Ms. Fu Xiaomeng, Mr. Duan Suhang, Ms. Zhi Tao, Mr. Li Quanyin, and Ms. Liu Ying to establish a joint venture with a total registered capital of RMB 10 million. The company will contribute RMB 7.6 million in this transaction, making the joint venture its non-wholly owned subsidiary.

The joint venture aims to leverage YUNJI's first-mover advantage and leading market position in robot AI solutions for the hospitality sector, expanding their in-depth applications in innovative scenarios. It will focus on integrating robot hardware with AI technology to develop intelligent robot solutions tailored for emerging use cases. The venture will synergize with YUNJI's existing business while utilizing its technological expertise, customer resources, and market network to accelerate the commercialization of related technologies and products.

YUNJI will continue strengthening its core businesses, including robot hardware and AI applications, to support overall performance growth and financial stability while facilitating R&D and promotion of new technologies such as robot AI solutions.
