Ministry of Commerce Adds 14 EU Entities to Export Control List

Based on the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the Export Control of Dual-Use Items, and in order to safeguard national security and interests while fulfilling international non-proliferation obligations, a decision has been made to include 14 EU entities, including Lafert S.p.A., on the export control list. The following measures will be implemented.

First, export operators are prohibited from exporting dual-use items to these 14 entities. Overseas organizations and individuals are also forbidden from transferring or supplying dual-use items originating from the People's Republic of China to these entities. Any ongoing related activities must cease immediately.

Second, if exports are absolutely necessary under special circumstances, the export operator must submit an application to the Ministry of Commerce. This announcement took effect on the date of its publication, July 24, 2026.
