CHENQI TECH Appoints Chan Kin Kwan as Joint Company Secretary and Legal Process Agent

CHENQI TECH (09680) has announced the following changes. Mr. Zhong Minghui has resigned from his positions as Joint Company Secretary of the company and as the company's Authorized Representative in Hong Kong for receiving legal process documents and notifications under Section 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) and Rule 19.05(2) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules. Separately, Ms. Li Jiawei has resigned from her roles as (i) Joint Company Secretary and (ii) the company's Authorized Representative as stipulated under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules due to personal work adjustments. Both resignations are effective from May 6, 2026. Following the departures of Mr. Zhong and Ms. Li, Mr. Chan Kin Kwan has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary and Legal Process Agent, while Ms. Xu Feifei has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative. These appointments will also take effect from May 6, 2026.
