China Overseas Land & Investment Holds Share Base Steady in July 2026, Affirms Public Float Compliance

Bulletin Express08-03

China Overseas Land & Investment Limited reported that its issued share capital remained unchanged for the month ended 31 July 2026. The company closed the period with 10.94 billion ordinary shares in issue and no treasury shares, identical to the previous month’s level.

The company confirmed compliance with Hong Kong’s Main Board minimum public-float requirement, maintaining at least 25% of the class in public hands.

No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity instruments were exercised, issued, or repurchased during July. Although the approved 2018 share-option scheme still has capacity for up to 0.81 billion shares, no options were outstanding or exercised in the month, and no funds were raised from option exercises.

The filing did not report any movements in authorised or registered share capital, nor any Hong Kong Depositary Receipt activity. All disclosures were submitted by Director Yan Jianguo on 3 August 2026.
