China BlueChemical adopts electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications

China BlueChemical Ltd. announced on 28 April 2026 that, in line with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and the paperless listing regime effective since 31 December 2023, the company will switch to electronic-only distribution of all corporate communications.

Under the new arrangement, documents such as annual reports, interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms will be published simultaneously in English and Chinese on 1) the company’s website (www.chinabluechem.com.cn) and 2) the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). No hard copies will be mailed unless specifically requested.

Shareholders holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited must provide their email addresses to these intermediaries to receive electronic notifications when new documents are uploaded.

Investors who prefer printed copies can submit a reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, or email chinabluechemical.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and the specific request for hard-copy materials.
