Lapco Holdings Limited (Lapco) has named Ms. Guo Yingying, aged 36, as an Executive Director, with the appointment taking effect on 13 April 2026.
Ms. Guo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Aprin College of Economics, Palembang, obtained in 2023. Since July 2024, she has served as Investment Director at Shiju Ronghe Services (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., overseeing investment planning and strategic implementation.
Key contractual terms include: • Initial term: one-year, commencing 13 April 2026, subject to retirement and re-election under Lapco’s articles of association. • Remuneration: a director’s fee of HK$30,000 per month, decided by the Board on remuneration committee advice and benchmarked to market conditions, qualifications and role complexity. • Termination: either party may give not less than one month’s written notice.
Governance disclosures confirm Ms. Guo: • Has not previously held positions within Lapco or its subsidiaries. • Has no directorships in other listed companies over the past three years and holds no major appointments or professional qualifications beyond those stated. • Maintains no relationships with directors, senior management or substantial shareholders of Lapco. • Holds no shares in Lapco under Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
Following this appointment, Lapco’s Board comprises three Executive Directors—Mr. Tam Yiu Shing, Billy; Ms. Liu Jingjing; and Ms. Guo Yingying—and three Independent Non-Executive Directors—Mr. Mak Kwok Kei, Mr. Leung Ka Wai and Mr. Chak Chi Shing.
The Board welcomes Ms. Guo’s addition, citing her investment management and corporate strategy expertise as valuable assets for the Group’s ongoing development.
