Techtronic Industries Company Limited reported to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that its issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.83 billion ordinary shares as of 4 August 2026. The company continues to hold no treasury shares.
On 4 August 2026, Techtronic repurchased 20,000 shares on-market at prices ranging from HKD 128.60 to HKD 132.90, spending HKD 2.63 million in total—an average of HKD 131.28 per share. These shares are earmarked for cancellation.
Including this latest transaction, 208,000 shares bought back between 24 July and 4 August 2026 are pending cancellation, representing about 0.01% of the current issued share base.
Since receiving shareholder authorisation on 8 May 2026 to repurchase up to 182.98 million shares, the company has acquired 2.71 million shares, equivalent to 0.15% of the shares outstanding on the authorisation date, leaving substantial capacity under the mandate.
In line with listing rules, Techtronic is barred from issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 3 September 2026 following the latest buyback.
