Transtech Completes Acquisition of Hao Min Investment Holdings, Securing 51% Indirect Stake in Futong Optoelectronic Technology

Transtech Optelecom Science Holdings Limited announced that all conditions under the previously disclosed Acquisition Agreement have been satisfied and the transaction closed on 21 July 2026. As a result, Hao Min Investment Holdings Limited becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Transtech.

The completion gives Transtech an indirect 51% equity interest in Futong Optoelectronic Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd., while the seller now holds no direct stake in the target company.

The deal had been classified as both a major and connected transaction, with shareholder details and procedural information outlined in the company’s circular dated 26 June 2026.

Transtech’s board of directors, chaired by Mr. He Xingfu, confirmed the successful completion in the voluntary announcement released on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 21 July 2026.
