XINHUA LANDE (08106) has announced that all conditions outlined in the respective subscription agreements (as amended and supplemented from time to time) have been satisfied. In accordance with the terms and conditions of these agreements, the subscription transactions were completed on March 11, 2026. A total of 52.275 million H shares were allotted and issued to the subscribers at a price of HK$0.31 per H share.
