Beijing Enterprises Holdings Requests Shareholder Preferences for Future Corporate Communications Delivery

Bulletin Express04-29

Beijing Enterprises Holdings Limited has initiated a formal process to ascertain how shareholders wish to receive all forthcoming corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—in accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules.

Shareholders are offered four distribution options: 1. Electronic access via the company’s website (www.behl.com.hk) with an email notification upon publication. 2. Printed English version only. 3. Printed Chinese version only. 4. Both printed English and Chinese versions.

To curb paper consumption and reduce costs, the board recommends selecting the website version and supplying an email address. If no reply form is returned by 30 May 2026, shareholders will be deemed to have consented to the electronic option. Those instructions will remain in force until revoked, superseded or until the end of the next financial year, whichever comes first.

Reply forms can be submitted by post or email through the company’s registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited. Shareholders may switch their chosen format at any time by giving reasonable written notice to the registrar.

For enquiries, investors can call Tricor’s hotline on +852 2980 1333 during business hours.
