UISEE Technologies (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (“UISEE TECH”) disclosed that its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on 6 August 2026 decisively approved the only item on the agenda—amendments to corporate documents—by an overwhelming majority.
The special resolution received 36.21 million votes in favour, equal to 99.97% of all valid votes cast. No votes were recorded against, while 11,800 shares, representing 0.03% of votes, abstained. Surpassing the two-thirds threshold required for special resolutions, the proposal was duly passed.
Shareholder turnout totaled 36.23 million shares, accounting for 22.30% of the company’s 162.49 million issued shares (comprising 126.73 million H shares and 35.76 million non-H shares). There were no treasury shares, no stated intentions to oppose or abstain, and no mandatory abstentions under Hong Kong Listing Rule 13.40.
All members of the board—including three executive, three non-executive and three independent non-executive directors—were present at the meeting. Tricor Investor Services Limited acted as the scrutineer overseeing the poll process.
