PONY-W (02026) shares climbed over 5% during Wednesday's trading session, last up 4.06% at HK$59 with turnover reaching HK$34.95 million.
The rally follows the company's latest results, which showed second-quarter total revenue of RMB 246 million, a 68.8% year-on-year increase, while first-half cumulative revenue reached RMB 478 million, up 98.9% from the prior year.
In the second quarter, Robotaxi revenue hit RMB 81.92 million, surging 691.2% year-on-year and 40.9% quarter-on-quarter, accounting for roughly one-third of total revenue. Passenger fare income jumped 849.3% year-on-year, with first-half Robotaxi revenue of approximately RMB 140 million already exceeding the full-year 2025 figure of around RMB 116 million.
As of the end of June, the Robotaxi fleet had expanded to 1,975 vehicles, steadily advancing toward the target of over 3,500 units by the end of 2026. The seventh-generation Robotaxi, built on three vehicle models from BAIC, GAC, and Toyota, has now entered daily service.
The company is accelerating its overseas expansion through a co-built fleet model, with plans to deploy over 4,000 Robotaxis globally, including more than 2,000 across five European cities in partnership with Uber.
