On March 9, during the second ministerial channel session of the Fourth Session of the 14th National People's Congress, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Han Jun stated that in the past, many agricultural products were sold in small quantities directly from fields, with some lacking post-harvest processing and being sold in an unrefined state. This resulted in high-quality products failing to fetch premium prices. Moving forward, efforts will focus on enhancing the presentation of agricultural products and strengthening post-harvest handling and processing.
