DC Holdings Publishes SGM Circular; Online Meeting Set for 24 June 2026

Digital China Holdings Ltd. (DC Holdings) released a notification on 21 May 2026 confirming that the Chinese and English versions of the Special General Meeting (SGM) circular, the SGM notice and the proxy form are now available on both the company’s website (www.dcholdings.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been dispatched to shareholders who previously elected to receive hard-copy materials.

The SGM will be conducted entirely by electronic means at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, 24 June 2026. Shareholders who experience difficulties accessing the online documents, or who wish to obtain a printed copy in a different language, may request a hard copy free of charge through the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Ltd., 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong.

The notification reiterates that shareholders can change their preferred language and/or method of receipt for future corporate communications by giving at least five working days’ written notice or by completing and returning the accompanying Change Request Form. Requests can be submitted by mail—using the pre-paid mailing label provided for Hong Kong—or via email to dcholdings-ecom@vistra.com.
