Stock News06-25

Peric Special Gases Co., Ltd., a company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, has announced the completion of a review into recent significant fluctuations in its stock trading activity.

As the relevant verification process has now concluded, the company has applied to the Shanghai Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading in its shares. Consequently, trading will recommence at market open on Friday, June 26, 2026.

The company noted that its tungsten hexafluoride product has recently garnered considerable market attention, with media reports and market speculation circulating regarding its production capacity, pricing, specifications, and order book.

In response, the company has provided the following clarifications concerning its tungsten hexafluoride operations. As of the announcement date, the company's existing annual production capacity for tungsten hexafluoride stands at 2,000 tons, with all products meeting the 6N purity grade specification.

The company stated that it has never publicly disclosed any information pertaining to the pricing of its tungsten hexafluoride product.

Furthermore, the company highlighted a potential risk factor: an increase in the price of upstream tungsten raw materials could elevate its procurement costs for this product line. Such a scenario might compress profit margins for the product, introducing uncertainty regarding its potential impact on the company's overall operating performance.
