1月27日，大钲资本宣布其牵头的买方团完成了对瑞幸咖啡部分股东股权的收购，买方团其他成员包括IDG资本和Ares SSG Capital Management。
瑞幸咖啡董事会及公司联合临时清算人经审慎评估，认为该交易符合公司的最佳长远利益，并已批准了该交易。该笔交易涉及瑞幸咖啡部分前管理层成员所持有的总数为383,425,748股A类普通股票。本次交易完成后，大钲资本成为瑞幸咖啡控股股东，持有公司超过50%投票权。
