It is making every effort to ensure that materials for spring plowing are sufficient, of high quality, and delivered on time, comprehensively meeting the county's needs for spring planting supplies.

Improving farmland to unlock its potential is crucial for safeguarding the baseline of grain production. The county continues to advance the construction of high-standard farmland and carries out quality improvement projects such as enhancing soil fertility and standardizing field plots. Through measures like straw returning, soil testing and formulated fertilization, and soil improvement, it effectively boosts soil fertility and enhances the land's water and nutrient retention capacity, providing high-quality land security for spring plowing.

Supporting with excellent machinery enhances cultivation efficiency and activates smart spring plowing. Relying on modern agricultural machinery, the county has fully unlocked an efficient spring plowing model. Through support measures such as machinery subsidies, equipment scheduling, and maintenance, it optimizes the machinery operation teams, promotes large-scale contiguous mechanized operations, and achieves full mechanization in land preparation, sowing, fertilization, and plant protection. This improves the efficiency of spring plowing operations, effectively ensuring uniform sowing and operational precision, making spring plowing more time-saving, labor-saving, and quality-enhancing.

Promoting excellent methods empowers scientific planting and elevates field management standards. Supported by scientific planting techniques, the county is comprehensively optimizing field cultivation models to continuously amplify the effectiveness of technology in increasing yields. A key focus is the widespread adoption of high-yield cultivation techniques using large ridges and dense planting, vigorously optimizing planting patterns and enhancing land output efficiency. Currently, the application area of this technique in the county has reached 282,000 mu, an increase of 76,100 mu from the previous year, representing a growth of 36.9%.

Improving excellent systems strengthens service guarantees and establishes a long-term mechanism for stable production. The county continues to cultivate and strengthen new types of business entities such as family farms, farmer cooperatives, and large-scale planting households. Through land transfer and socialized services, it develops appropriately scaled operations. This year, the area under appropriately scaled operations in the county has reached 1.447 million mu, accounting for 52.62% of the total grain crop planting area.
