GREENLAND HK (00337) has issued a profit warning, anticipating a net loss attributable to shareholders of approximately RMB 1.4 billion to RMB 1.6 billion for the first half of 2026. This marks a significant deterioration compared to the RMB 540 million loss recorded in the same period of 2025.
The company attributed the expanded loss primarily to the ongoing downturn in the real estate sector, which has reduced both the revenue from property deliveries and the gross profit margins during the six-month period ending June 30, 2026.
