The 2026 Liaoning "AI Plus Super Individual" Comprehensive Skills Exchange Event was held in Shenyang on October 22 under the theme of pooling super individuals to build new-quality entrepreneurship.
The event featured four activity segments: an OPC (one-person company) entrepreneurial ecosystem results showcase, OPC venture project roadshows, OPC entrepreneurship sharing salons, and OPC park promotion and settlement negotiations.
These segments comprehensively displayed the achievements of Liaoning Province's OPC entrepreneurial ecosystem development, built bridges for the province's OPC entrepreneurial ecosystem growth, promoted the cultivation of the OPC entrepreneurship model, the training of super individual talent, and the coordinated development of entrepreneurial services, injecting new momentum into high-quality entrepreneurship and employment.
During the event, the OPC venture project roadshows were conducted in two major categories: already operating venture projects and early-stage reserve projects, with a total of 40 high-quality projects participating.
Innovative achievements in fields such as AI plus modern services, AI plus content creation, AI plus equipment manufacturing, and AI plus cultural creativity were showcased together.
Some OPC industrial parks conducted policy briefings and implementation matchmaking for the roadshow projects, comprehensively interpreting the full set of settlement policies including entry conditions, venue support, rent discounts, entrepreneurship subsidies, fiscal and tax support, and talent policies.
Projects that reached settlement intentions signed preliminary settlement intention agreements with the parks, promoting the implementation of high-quality projects in Liaoning.
