• Distribution method: Non-registered holders will receive an email or postal notice of each future corporate communication only if their designated bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited has provided the shareholder’s functional email or mailing address to the company.
• Printed copy request: Shareholders who are unable to access the online documents may obtain printed copies of the 2025 Annual Report and all subsequent corporate communications free of charge by completing the enclosed Request Form and submitting it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong.
