Grab Holdings, based in Singapore, announced it has acquired Infermove, a China-headquartered developer of artificial intelligence robotics solutions, to strengthen the "first-mile" and "last-mile" service capabilities of its delivery business.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, Grab stated, "We are constantly exploring better and smarter ways to connect online and offline scenarios. We see an opportunity to further expand Infermove's solutions locally in Singapore, thereby complementing Grab's first-mile and last-mile delivery capabilities."
