China Financial International Investments Limited announced that its unaudited consolidated net asset value per ordinary share stood at HK$0.07 as of 30 June 2026. The figure was disclosed in a filing released on 15 July 2026.
The Board currently comprises Executive Director Mr. Du Lin Dong, Non-Executive Directors Mr. Liu Xiaodong and Ms. Li Hongxi, and Independent Non-Executive Directors Mr. Zong Shijian, Mr. Lu Lin and Mr. Liu Xiaohong.
