Continental Aerospace Tech: J.P. Morgan Adds 2.78 Million Share‐Linked Derivatives Ahead of Proposed Delisting

Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited (CON AERO TECH) reported that J.P. Morgan Securities PLC, a Class (5) associate of the offeror, issued a series of derivatives linked to the company’s shares on 9 July 2026.

The eight derivative transactions cover a combined 2.78 million reference shares at a uniform reference price of USD 0.4005 per share. Aggregate consideration amounted to USD 1.11 million, and all contracts carry a maturity date of 20 July 2027.

Following the trades, J.P. Morgan Securities PLC’s derivative position relating to Continental Aerospace Technologies increased to 280.54 million shares. The transactions were executed on J.P. Morgan’s own account; the firm is ultimately owned by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The disclosure was submitted on 10 July 2026 in accordance with Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers and forms part of the proposed delisting process for Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited.
