YAL Publishes FY-2025 Appendix 4G, Affirms Comprehensive Compliance with ASX Governance Framework

Yancoal Australia Ltd (YAL) lodged its Appendix 4G and Corporate Governance Statement for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 with the Australian Securities Exchange on 23 April 2026. The filing confirms that the board has adopted and fully complied with all eight principles and relevant recommendations set out by the ASX Corporate Governance Council for the entire reporting period.
