FourSemi Adopts HKEX Paperless Regime, Transitions Corporate Communications to Electronic Format

Bulletin Express04-16

Shanghai FourSemi Semiconductor Co., Ltd. announced that, effective immediately, it will distribute all future corporate communications electronically in accordance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, which expanded the paperless listing regime on 31 December 2023.

Both English and Chinese versions of documents—including directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, notices of meetings, listing documents, circulars, and proxy forms—will be posted on the company website (www.foursemi.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be dispatched by default.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive email notifications must provide a functional email address to their custodial intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Without a valid email on record, shareholders will not receive publication alerts and will need to monitor the company and HKEXnews websites directly.

Shareholders preferring hard copies may submit a completed reply form to the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or email foursemi.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address, and a request for printed materials.

Enquiries regarding the new arrangement can be directed to the registrar via the same email address. The notice was issued on 16 April 2026 and signed by Chairman, Executive Director, and President Mr. Xu Xiaolin on behalf of the board.
