Dynasty Wines Publishes 2026 Interim Report; Moves to Web-First Shareholder Communications

Bulletin Express09-28

Dynasty Fine Wines Group Limited announced on 29 September 2026 that its interim report for 2026 is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (https://www.dynasty-wines.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who have previously opted for hard-copy materials will receive the printed interim report by mail. Those preferring physical copies—either for the current or for future corporate communications—can submit a completed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 828-ecom@vistra.com. No postage is required for local mail.

Shareholders are responsible for providing and maintaining an active email address. Without a valid address on record, they will receive all future notices and actionable communications in printed form only. To update or add an email address, investors should return the reply form to the registrar at the above address or via the dedicated email.

Inquiries can be directed to the registrar’s hotline on +852 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

The notice was signed by Chairman Mr. Wan Shoupeng on behalf of Dynasty Fine Wines Group Limited.
