According to sources on May 14, Brookfield Asset Management has reached an agreement to acquire World Freight Company (WFC) for an enterprise value of approximately $1.2 billion from investment firms EQT and PAI Partners.
It is reported that final negotiations have been concluded, and the acquisition agreement is expected to be officially announced as early as today.
