LENS Technology Reports Major Share Transfer Valued at HK$598 Million, Representing 7.29% Stake

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, a significant share transfer involving LENS (HKEX: 06613) occurred on June 5th.

The total value of the transferred shares was HK$598 million, accounting for 7.29% of the company's issued share capital.

The transaction involved a shareholder transferring 10.0043 million shares into Citibank and transferring 7.6462 million shares out of BNP Paribas.

This development follows the company's recent release of its first-quarter 2026 financial results.

The company reported operating revenue of approximately RMB 14.14 billion, representing a year-on-year decrease of 17.13%.

It reported a net loss attributable to shareholders of about RMB 150 million, shifting from a profit in the same period last year.

The net loss attributable to shareholders after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was approximately RMB 174 million, also a reversal from a prior profit.

The basic loss per share was RMB 0.0284.
