SEYOND (02665) announced on August 4, 2026, that its wholly-owned subsidiary, SEYOND Intelligent Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Suzhou Plus Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on strategic collaboration in smart freight, intelligent driving, and physical artificial intelligence.

Under the terms of the MoU, both parties agree to pursue a long-term strategic partnership, leveraging Plus's strengths in commercial vehicle autonomous driving system development and AI algorithms, alongside SEYOND's expertise in high-performance LiDAR and 3D perception technology. The collaboration aims to drive the intelligent upgrade of long-haul logistics, unmanned freight transport, and smart logistics infrastructure, accelerating the large-scale deployment of physical AI technologies in the freight logistics sector.

The MoU took effect upon signing and has a validity period of three years. SEYOND believes this agreement aligns with its business development strategy. By combining its technological capabilities in high-performance LiDAR and 3D perception with Plus's expertise in commercial vehicle autonomous driving systems, AI algorithms, and real-world operations, the partnership is expected to achieve several objectives.

These objectives include expanding the application of SEYOND's LiDAR products and 3D perception solutions in scenarios such as L4 autonomous heavy-duty trucks and RoboVans, covering smart logistics use cases from long-haul routes to short-distance transfers and last-mile delivery. Additionally, the collaboration will foster synergy between perception hardware, autonomous driving algorithms, and real freight scenarios, supporting the research, development, validation, and iteration of physical AI technologies, freight-scenario autonomous driving large models, and solutions.

Furthermore, SEYOND aims to extend its 3D perception capabilities from on-vehicle applications to smart logistics infrastructure, including logistics parks, freight terminals, and intelligent warehousing. By leveraging the technological and industrial resources of both parties, and coordinating with digital freight platforms and logistics ecosystem resources, the partnership seeks to accelerate product testing, validation, pilot deployment, commercial adoption, and large-scale application, creating potential business growth opportunities for SEYOND.
